Day- 03 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3500m
Day -04 Acclimatization and rest day, you can spend the day by taking a day hike for panoramic Himalayan scenery. By relaxing and exploring Khumjung 3790m Everest view 3800m, and Namche Bazaar.
Day- 05 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche 3800m
Day- 06 Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche 4410m
Day- 07 Trek from Dingboche to Labuche 4910m
Day -08 Trek from Labuche to Gorakshep 5180m then trek to Everest Base Camp 5363m and back for overnight to Gorakshep.
Day -09 An early morning excursion to Kalapattar 5550m about two hour climb. Provides the best vantage point for viewing Mt. Everest, unobstructed view of the high Himalaya. Trek to Pheriche.
Day -10 Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar.

We advise travel insurance to all travelers are interested of trekking in Nepal. Trekking in Nepal is walking in the trail (path) of mountains. In mountain areas health treatment facilities are not standard. There are less available of good hospitals and doctors. So if in case the trekker suffers from severe sickness, he should bring to Kathmandu by helicopter for better treatment. And the helicopter charter fare is expensive in Nepal. If you have already travel insurance, your money will be saved. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum covered for medical expenses, Ambulance and Helicopter emergency rescue charge if required. Please carry a copy of your insurance papers or Identify Card while travelling in Nepal and send us a copy as well. This will help us in making all the necessary arrangements in case any sort of Emergencies. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. We shall have no liability for loss, theft of or damage to baggage or personal effects. We also let you know that Nepalese Insurance Company does not have travel insurance policy for foreign nationals. So we advise you do your travel insurance with Insurance Company in your own place.
Terms & Conditions
Trek into Thin Air Pvt. Ltd. is a well – known Government Register Trekking Company in Nepal. We are trust worthy and fully committed to give you the best service. We accept your bookings under the following terms and conditions.
Adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness, trip cancellation and medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability. The Company also recommends it covers trip cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by the company employees or suppliers. The company reserves the right to cancel or suspend your participation on a trip or in certain activities that comprise part of a trip, at any time, including after the beginning of your trip, with no right of refund, if you are unable to provide proof of insurance when requested.
You will have to make a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% of trip cost at the time of booking the trip (Strongly recommended Trevel Insurance). You can pay the remaining amount upon your arrival in Kathmandu and before the trip departure.
The non-refundable deposit should be sent to the Company or its Agent. The Company’s Tailor Made trips may require a higher deposit or full payment at the time of booking. If deposit is different from that outlined in this clause, you will be advised by the company at the time of booking.
Final payment on trekking, tours, climbing, expedition or any kind of trips in Nepal can be made upon arrival in Kathmandu. Final payment can be made by bank transfer, travel check, cash or by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). There is 4% surcharge when the payment is made by cards (this applies to all payments; deposits, final balances, trip extension and miscellaneous purchases.)
Health & Fitness
Before you set out to travel, it is advised that clients check with the local hospital regarding your health and fitness since tours and treks require a certain level of physical fitness in Nepal. Please notify Trek into Thin Air of any pre-existing medical condition and/or disability that may affect your ability to travel.
At Trek into Thin Air Pvt. Ltd., each of our clients’ emails & personal details are strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of processing enquiries, obtaining necessary permits, and operating trips. No personal information that you supply to us will be disclosed for any other purposes.
Risk & liabilities
We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once in a life time journey. TiTA always puts all its efforts honestly and seriously in making your journey smooth and pleasant. All the services will be provided as per the agreement between you and us in the time of booking. However all Nepal tour is run are strictly under their own policies and tourism authority.
Trek into Thin Air Pvt. Ltd or its agent shall not be responsibility for any change or cancellation of programmers due to unavoidable circumstance such as government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, avalanches, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle, any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots. So it is most advisable that clients to have full insurance against medical and personal accident risk.
Trip cancellation by the clients
Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made by the client in writing either in written documents or on an email. Cancellation shall valid with approval from the company after receiving document. Trip shall then be termed as cancelled and as a cancellation charge, 25% of the trip amount would be deducted from the advance paid.
Incomplete the tour
No refund will be made to any tour member in case of incomplete tour, trek or expedition due to what so ever reasons.
Postpone the trip
If our clients want to postpone the trip, written notification is to be sent before 15 days from trip departure date.
We reserve the right to revise pricing rate if posted in our marketing material and website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. Most of the time Domestic flight fare is changing due to fuel price high up. We always try our best to make a present price in our treks/tours.
Passport and visas
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost is US$ 40 till date.
Flight by plane and helicopter are prone to cancellations and delays for notorious weather in remote areas and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest region Lukla flight, Annapurna region Jomsom flight, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc.
(Most of the Time Mountain flights are delayed without letting know us, the flight is normally 6:30 am in the mooring and you have to be airport at 6:00 am but most of the time they delayed more than hour, if we go late they put the Second flight passengers on 6:30 am so, we need to be there at the flight time, be prepared for this)
When these flights are considered in the itinerary, it is also recommended to carry extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of delays. Trek into Thin Air Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for these additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections, so plan accordingly.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during unusual season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of delay in flight prior to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to meet your accommodation, food costs by yourself.
Updating of Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at anytime. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep updated with any changes. The current version of terms and conditions will always be found on the website www.trekintothinair.com and will be the terms referred to in any dispute.
The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control like weather hazards, Landslides, political unrest, road blockage, avalanches, sudden sickness, etc. The program can be customized as per the interest of the clients and if Trek into Thin Air cancel your trip due to unavoidable circumstances like war, natural disasters, political unrest, bad climate etc, TiTA would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. We keep it preserve for your next time but not longer than one year.
Your personal belongings
On any account, we’re not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging to you even when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles. That means your personal possessions, luggage are at your risk at the times.
During the tour
A tour / trek guide who represents Trek into Thin Air Pvt. Ltd deserves all authority during your trips. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case.
If you have a problem during the trip, please inform the Lead Guide immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up by writing to the company at TiTA’s registered office, giving your trip name, the departure date and all other relevant information and, where possible, evidence. Any such complaint must be received not later than 10 days of the date of your return from the trip. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist in identifying quickly your concerns and speed up the response to you.
